The Florida Rehabilitation Council for the Blind will conduct a Public Forum 
Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hampton Inn & Suites 
Vilano Beach, 95 Vilano Road, St. Augustine, Florida  32084.

The Council will receive consumer input on the effectiveness of services 
provided by the Florida Division of Blind Services in assisting individuals 
with visual impairments achieving employment and independence under Title 1 
of the Rehab Act.  This is an open meeting with no agenda.  Open comments 
should be ready and be as brief as possible so the Council may accommodate 
everyone in the time allowed.  Please avoid disclosing private information. 
Issues and problems that are not controlled by the Division will not be 
addressed.  If you are a current client and require assistance coordinating 
public transportation to the Public Forum, please contact the local DBS
