Peter,

	Thank you very much for your message. I have filed a complaint with
the united States Department of Transportation, Federal Transit
Administration, the agency responsible for enforcing the ADA as it pertains
to Title II transportation providers. I have also sent this message to the
governor's office, the Florida Attorney General, all of our county
commissioners, and to the media. I know that the National Federation of the
Blind is standing behind me as I work to remove the obstacles of low
expectation we face.

Hello Marion and everyone,

	It seems like the treatment you received is not only a violation of
Florida Statute but a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act as
well. Someone needs to talk to that Cherrif's Office and those Prosicuters
about the ADA. Not only are they condoning discrimination under Florida
statute but under the Federal Americans With Disabilities Act as well. I'm
inclined to believe that having an attorney knowledgeable of both laws would
have been a good idea for taking on these guys.
