I knew Al Hicks and kept in touch with him off and on through the years.  He
is one of those people who knew a little about a lot of things.  Definitely
was active in NFB of Utah.  My condolences to you and your family, Dan.

Federation family,

We are saddened to hear about the passing of Al Hicks, our own Dan Hicks's
father. Dan received the news Thanksgiving morning. Al  was a long time
Federation is in Utah. President Riccobono mentioned this news on his last
presidential release. Maybe Dan would like to share more about his father
with us on the lists as one of our own family members like he did on
Facebook.
