[Nfbf-l] An Update on my Independence

Dear Members,

Happy new year to all of you.  I would like to give you an update 
on my independence.  Last week I folded my own basket of laundry 
for the first time.  This week I have been washing the dishes 
after lunch each day.  Yesterday for the first time in a long 
time I heated my own lunch in the microwave.  These are small 
steps towards improving my independence.
