[Nfbf-l] FL help @ information table in lobby

The host affiliates (Hawaii, D.C., Tennessee, and Arizona) are asking Florida to cover 3 hours on Sunday, and 12pm-2pm Monday and Tuesday @ the information table in the lobby welcoming our family to Florida passing out agendas and answering questions about the convention. If you would like to volunteer to welcome our Family, on Monday or Tuesday at noon, please email me off list your name and telephone number. I will also need to know which day you would like. We need two people each shift.

I know we can count on our Florida NFB family to  welcome others. Thanks for all you do and looking forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks.
