I met Peter in 2015, when we first started our chapter here. His energy and love for the NFB shone bright. 
The Melbourne Space Coast Chapter mourns his passing and sends our condolences to his family.

Peter Anton Cerullo, 66, Ormond Beach, died Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Daytona Beach.  Peter was born in Paterson, New Jersey and moved to the area in 1997 from his birthplace.  He was a vocational rehabilitation specialist for the State of Florida Division of Blind Services in Daytona Beach before his illness.  He was former president and current vice-president of the greater Daytona Beach Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind.  Survivors include his wife, Jean Marie Selzer Cerullo; step son, Joshua Selzer of Orlando; two brothers, Ronald Cerullo of Ormond Beach and David (Donna) Cerullo of New Jersey.  Memorial Mass will be 11 AM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Smyrna Beach with Rev. Francis P. Nelson, C.Ss.R., officiating.  Cremation will be by Dudley Crematory, New Smyrna Beach
