The Forum is an opportunity to participate in a dialogue and connect to local resources.
The Council encourages public input regarding concerns and / or compliments in order to improve its relationship with those consumers it serves.
This is an open meeting with no agenda.  To accommodate everyone desiring to speak, equal time will be allotted. A Sign in Sheet will be available outside the meeting room entrance for anyone wishing to comment. Please avoid disclosing private information.
If you are a current client and require assistance coordinating public transportation to the public forum, please contact the local Division of Blind Services office. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this forum should contact the local DBS office no later than ten (10) working days prior to the meeting.
