Good evening all
Each county has its own protocol and it is difficult to fully understand the
reasons behind it.
In Miami-Dade county, it was that if the vehicle was 30 minutes past your
window time the ride was free. However, they did away with it a few years
ago. Also, we do not get a receipt, but we can contact the broker "company"
and get a years end total expense report. Moreover, I have yet to see a
person get suspended for too many no shows.
Now, that can change as the procurements change.
