[Nfbf-l] Senior Concerns Meeting for October, 2018

Hello everyone!

 

Here is a reminder of the next meeting of the NFBF Senior Concerns
Committee! It will take place tomorrow,  Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 8:00
PM. 

 

For this meeting we will speak of pedestrian safety and how to protect
ourselves, be we blind or visually impaired. 

 

I spoke with Judy Hamilton today. She is now home. She had surgery on her
dominant arm. She has the arm in a sling and also a boot for her ankle and
leg. I know that Judy is not feeling as well as she could, but we should all
be thankful that she is with us and is one of our own.

 

We will have a very special speaker at this our following meeting, the one
on November 1. 

 Remember that you need not be a senior to take part. All are welcome!
