Join us tomorrow!

Ever wish you could wave a magic wand and hear the label on a pill bottle? Or carry a sighted friend in your back pocket?

Believe it or not, that kind of magic does exist. And we’re talking about this at the next Tech It Out.

There are several tech-enabled tools out there that you can use to act as your visual guide or assistant. Some involve artificial intelligence; others use human assistance. Tools, such as Seeing AI and AIRA, function as talking cameras to provide real-time descriptions. Others, such as IDMate Bar Code Scanner and WayAround Tags, identify specific items using bar codes or unique tags.

We will walk through several options and compare our experiences. Tune in and share what you've learned and ask your questions.
