[NFBF-L] tip for using Outlook smart phone app with Bluetooth keyboard

I tested the following with my Android phone.  It should also work with the iPhone app.
Control N starts a new message.
Control Enter sends the message.
Control R replies to a message.
Control F forwards a message.
