[NFBF-L] Property Tax Exemption

Hello All:

 

It appears that blind folks who own their homes in Volusia County, and
perhaps other counties, are exempt from paying property taxes.

As a blind person, this exemption looks very nice.  As a blind NFB member,
the exemption feels like a special privilege that sets us apart as a needy
group.

 

How do other members feel?
