He serves on the National Federation of the Blind’s Florida Board of Directors and as the Miami-Dade Chapter President. Hernandez earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology from Florida International University.

>> Bell, of St. Petersburg, is a Senior Advocate Investigator with Disability Rights Florida. Previously, he was a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Florida Department of Education’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Bell earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
