We had a lot of fun, the three of us, at that convention. Thank you for offering to place the Go-Fund-Me link on the list. Again, my condolences and prayers go out to all who knew and loved Annely.

Yes Sherry, It is extremely sad. We had the same birthday, and shared a room at a few conventions an had a lot of fun and good talks.

I will also remember her from my happy hour calls she would attend on Sunday afternoon where she would compete for those Trivia answers and tell personal stories about herself. She was a fun person to be around, and will be missed by many.

Her son is going to forward me the go fund me page link her employer has started, and I will be sure and share it with this list for anyone who would like to make a donation to the family.

Oh this is so sad! I rode with her up and back on the train at the last convention I attended. I have talked with her a couple of time. She was a tireless advocate for Braille. Does anyone know what happened? I send my deepest condolences to her family, the State-wide chapter and her friends. I will miss her.

Greetings federationists,

If is with a heavy heart that I share that Annely Rose passed away. See Jerilyn’s email below. Please keep the statewide chapter, family, and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Annely at the Miami Lighthouse during a summer children’s program. I
enjoyed working with her, seeing her at conventions, and the statewide chapter meetings.

She went peacefully with her family by her side.

If you would like to donate to her family for their expenses, there has been a go fund me page set up to assist them.
