Dear Federation Family:

 

I would  like to communicate to all regarding our convention and the
approaching hurricane. 

 

First and foremost, the safety and well-being of our members is my highest
priority.  Please make sure that all are tuned in to the media so you can be
up to date on all emergency communications, and if you are asked to
evacuate, please heed the warnings.  This is a storm that is very powerful
and must not be taking lightly.  

 

As per the convention, we are communicating with the hotel to ensure all
safety precautions are being met.  We will keep all abreast of the
circumstances as they arise.  

 

Please stay safe and make sure you are prepared for the storm.  I will
provide further details in the upcoming hours as they become available.
