Chef Jerilyn has served as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired,
Rehabilitation Teacher/Instructor, and entrepreneur-and she also happens to
be totally blind.

with confidence, fostering safety, creativity, and independence through
accessible cooking techniques.

Author Jerilyn Higgins, a passionate advocate for inclusivity, brings her
