worker specializing in grief, loss and trauma.

 

Having a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialty in Mental
Health and Family Therapy, Sevilla has 25 years of psychotherapy experience
helping people navigate life-altering events. She is also a life coach. Some
topics to be covered:

 

*	Coping with depression, grief, and loss, particularly around the
holidays. 
*	Navigating the holidays! Coping with family stress and pressures,
old and new trauma. 
*	Resources for further help, skill building, and finding help and
peace through the whole year.
