Hey Tampa Bay!


For all that are with us at state convention, we’re looking forward to
banquet tonight! I reserved a table for our chapter. It is located at the
Royal Palm room, the front most table on the left side.



All others are with us in spirit!! Hope you’ve been able to join virtually.
 We’ve had a blast! My voice feels hoarse from yelling “Yay Tampa Bay” so
much this morning, I just might lose it. Haha feel the NFB fire!


I spoke with Marion last night and he asked me to put out a an urgent
message to the chapter that the board of county commissioners will be
meeting this coming Tuesday 10/7 at 9am at 601 S Kennedy. If you have the
ability to attend please do and wear yellow! We would love to have a strong
representation of the blind community. If you come and have the courage to
speak, we feel it would greatly benefit our cause as it would help to
illustrate the experiences we’ve had.


Thank you everyone for doing your part to build the National Federation of
the Blind. Definitely “stronger together”!
