[NFBF-L] A Few Hospitality Suite Reminders

Hello Florida,


I hope you are doing well! Convention is almost here, and I am excited to
work alongside all of you in making it a great success. Before we gather,
I’d like to share a few reminders and extend my appreciation to each of you.



   1.

   Thank you first and foremost. Your willingness to volunteer your time
   means so much. The Hospitality Suite Committee truly appreciates every
   person who signed up for a shift—and an extra thank-you to those who signed
   up for multiple shifts. Your commitment helps make our suite welcoming to
   all.
   2.

   A few spots remain. As of now, we still have four open shifts. If you
   haven’t yet had the chance to sign up, you can do so here

   If you need assistance with the form, you may text me at 407-780-3727 or
   email me at statewide at nfbflorida.org. I am more than happy to work with
   any one who would like assistance.
   3.

   If plans change. If you signed up for a shift but are unable to attend,
   please let me know as soon as possible by text or call at 407-780-3727,
   or by email at statewide at nfbflorida.org. This way, we can reopen the
   slot for another volunteer.
   4.

   Shift reminders. On October 2nd, you will receive an individual email
   reminder listing your shifts.
   5.

   Text updates. In addition to email, we will use text messages for quick
   communication. You may receive group texts related to your shift with
   reminders, updates, or announcements.
   6.

   Arrive early. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your shift so we
   can ensure smooth transitions between volunteers.


Your time, generosity, and dedication make the hospitality suite possible,
and I’m deeply grateful for your support. I can’t wait to see you all at
convention!
