I am deeply saddened by Arlene’s passing. She and Joe brought me into the National Federation of the Blind and nurtured me through my first couple of years. Arlene’s passion for deaf-blind people spoke to her love and belief in Joe and all of us. She will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Mrs.Arlene Naulty. Joe and Arlene brought the needs of people living with blindness and hearing loss to the National Federation of the Blind. 

Arlene was a faithful wife to her husband Joe, and was his partner in work with the Deaf Blind community. Arlene was working with the Lions Club in her community to test children for vision loss. 

I will miss working with Arlene on issues related to our Deaf Blind community. She was a good friend and my life was better having known her for over twenty years now. 

May the Peace of Christ be with the Naulty family, and the Melbourne Space Coast Chapter members. Arlene loved all of you so much.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to their sons, Joe, Jr., Bill & Robert, family, and friends, and all whose lives were touched by their extraordinary spirits.  Together, Their leadership not only built our Chapter, but also nurtured a culture of excellence and care within our community.

SO we, the MSCC, invite all who knew  Arlene to join us in celebrating “a life of purpose, service, and inspiration”.
