Thanks Joe. I certainly wonder aloud here why important documents like this 
discussed at MCB meetings ar not routinely placed on the mcb web site. Shoot 
they could easily be attachments to the minutes for crying out loud.

But, then again they could put up our state plan supplements thee too. they 
are only more than a decade behind that project.

Anyway thanks for this.
