[nfbmi-talk] MCB Board Meeting Agenda

In all honesty, I am not quite sure. I’ve never seen the Commission Board allow for more time for public comment, but then again, it would look bad if they did not give all those who wanted a chance to speak. Although they do limit public comment to three minutes regardless if you give your comment in person or via email. Somewhere I’ve heard that the average speaking rate is about 100 words per minute, so I’ve always used this as a rule when submitting written comments. It will be interesting to see what happens if we crowd the room with people who are anxious to speak their minds.
