Hi,

Yes, this is a good price. I would see why some people would just want this 
and not all the other stuff like on an i phone or other device. For example, 
I imagine blinded veterans may find some devices easier to use depending on 
personal preference, their age and experience with technology. It is good 
there are different options for folks.
