The Training Center just lost four frontline Rehab Teachers and/or O and M instructors in the early retirement including the only remaining one who is blind (Betty Luhan Roberts)...But, they only post for one replacement. And then they post this analist job? What gives?

The Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth(DELEG), Michigan Commission for the Blind(MCB), Michigan Commission for the Blind Training Center(MCBTC)
is a residential training center where blind residents of the State of Michigan receive comprehensive training in the skills of blindness.  This position
conducts research and analysis, is the Training Center liaison with DTMB and private developer with the development and ongoing maintenance of an electronic
case management system.  This position also assists in the development of program plans, professional development, policies and procedures, in addition
ot serving as the MCBTC liaison to MCB and DELEG Human Resources.

 Required Education and Experience:

Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Experience

Departmental Analyst 9
No specific type or amount is required.

Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.

Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
