Dear Fellow Federationists:
    I am extending registration at the lower price through Saturday, 
October 23, 2010. We have had some trouble with individuals
registering through Pay Pal. I want to make sure everyone who intends to 
register early can do it. If you register on or before
October 23, your Registration price will be $15, and your banquet ticket 
will be $35. If you wait after that, or register at the
door, your prices will go up to $25 for registration and $45 for the 
banquet. So register before prices go up!
