Hey Jeff, this is Tanya. I have a comment and I scrolled through the thread that you made and the thread that Fred has made and a little bit of the thread that Larry has made and I think I kind of get adjust of what's going on here. If I may say something wrong excuse me, but I do believe that this sounds more like a offense kind of thing that someone offended somebody, it wasn't me I'm so sure. But anyway, I just wanted to let everybody know that if someone offense somebody, please let them know of list because it's between you and them and the whole list really doesn't need to hear about it, you know? Unless it involves other people and the president needs to hear about it. But like for example, if I say something wrong to Veronica, let's say for instance and it keeps happening over and over and over and over and over and over and over well then that would be the time to say something to the president and say something to the list. But if it happens like one or two times then it would be better
