Fred,

Now you've done it. I laughed so hard at this comment tthat coffee spurted 
outof my nose. I owe you one friend. But, of course you're correct and MCB 
stated in its RSA monitoring report that it "updates its excellent web site 
daily". I don't know any other word for that contention except that it is a 
"lie"; a documented lie at that.

Anyway, if one looked at this directory one might think MCB is loaded with 
FTEs.

And the real point is that if someone seeking services or even basic 
information about MCB would use this directory then one would be most sadly 
disappointed.

Just more phone numbers to be called without being  returned.
