Thank you for sending out the minutes for the last conference call board meeting. Do you have any record of the motion as it was stated during the meeting? I recall there being some kind of stipulation about how many people needed to be in the room in order for the affiliate to pay for the room. However, I was not able to write down the exact wording of the motion as it was stated during the meeting. The more specific the motion is stated in the minutes, the less misunderstanding there will be about it.
