I have said what i intended to on Faith Meadows so changing the subject.  Phyllis, we are not saying that the training Center is not training we are saying that it needs improvement.  Some of the counsellors need to be retrained and some directors need to be replaced.  Fred Alver, I don't think I've seen you at any of the commission board meetings.  Jowe firmly believes in the things he says and so do most of us.  I'm not in total aggreement with him but he is sure right that laws are being broken.  I haven't been to the training center in awhile so I really don't know from personal experience what is going on there.  I have generally had a good experience but if I wanted to know anything more, I have had to push harder.  
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
