Dear Elizabeth, 

   You may be correct on the dates, but the intent of the support of rooms
was for Michigan people to visit our reps and senators.  However, if we are
paying for people to attend other seminars such as the student meeting,
would someone please attend and report on the Merchants division gathering
as well.

There are usually a number of seminars during the day on Monday, so most 
people usually arrive on Sunday so they can attend the seminars. And 
although I could be wrong, I believe I heard these specific dates as part of

the motion as I was listening to the audio stream of the business meeting 
during convention.

It seems to me like we have an issue regarding the room arrangements almost 
every year. if this is the case, then perhaps maybe we could look into 
giving each individual a set amount of money and have them make their own 
room arrangements in the future. I have heard of other states doing this, so

perhaps it might be worth a try.
