[nfbmi-talk] Decentralization of the Commission

Where I think this is unconstitutional is that I cannot find anything in the 
Michigan constitution where the Governor by Executive Order can overide an 
act of the legislature. Only the legislature can do that.

The Governor does have the authority to place MCB in a department but not to 
abolish it as he has done.

It is that simple.
