Hi Terry,

This sounds like an Executive Admin. position since the person will report to the Sr. VP and a Bachelors degree is mentioned.  At the company I used to work for, Executive Admins did not sit at a desk 100% of the time.  They were sometimes required to travel to off-site meetings to take minutes, or assist with a presentation.  I know of occasions when the Admin. drove the boss to the airport.  I just wanted to let you know that sometimes there are variables to admin positions, especially at the Executive level.
