Hi Marcus and All,

This has been a pattern and practice for a long time. If individuals make a 
stink and are persistent then BSBP does what it was supposed to do in the 
first place without muss and fuss by design and funding.

Then they pat themselves on the back for serving one individual belatedly 
while they leave thousands to languish and fight the same battle over and 
over again.


Wow and they call me crazy....
