I wish to add something new here. Really I do. And I don't wish to appear
to be a negative gorrilla in the roam either.

But here Terri has shown proven proficiency in a subject that is dear to all
of us and as a blind person.

But, I must ask this question in this state of disarray and utter
discrimination: "What are the prospects of Terri using this valuable
credential in actually making a living here in Michigan?

The answer is: "Zip, nada, nothing."

That is certainly not the fault of Terri, but we must all understand it is
the fault of a corrupted apparatchek that wishes to tatake federal funds
dedicated for purposes for the blind, then like a bunch of casino gamblers
mixed with mafioso sorts contrive to skim most of those funds of for other
purposes than intended.

This is precisely what Terry Eagle and I call simply "misappropriations" of
federal funds over and over again.

Sadly in spite of expertise trully demonstrated neither Terri or Nick will
ever make a living in this state under the current corrupted regime in all
of its incarnations and, indeed in most states doing what they have
demonstrated to do well.

I, personally am on the record in congratulating both for accomplishments.
And I am sincere in that too. Really.

But, my lord there is ample and documented evidence that this state uses and
abuses any person who is blind from the humble and unknowing
petitioner/basic newly blind customer to the most prolifict.
