I'm saving my pennies, and pop bottles so someday I might too buy a BEP 
location. But, it's kind of hard to do when they want me to pay for all this 
simple information don't you know?

Ah, what's a poor blind guy to do?

Say why didn't they give me that indegency thingee here?


Anyway think we should go to the Capitol with tin cups so we can beg for the 
money to pay our public servents for this simple information?

Ladies and gentlemen they may have driven me crazy, but they can't make me 
stupid.

This is simply as corrupt as it comes.
