Hi Terry,

Don't shoot the messenger. Mr. Egan was just reporting the facts. Of course, 
the enemy was the legislature and the Governor on this insidious assault 
upon an impartial judiciary.


And Mr. Egan was just reporting accurately what these folks said about this, 
and what they did.
