Seems to me this is their way of trying to discourage you, Joe and many others from asking for information.  "We charge a nasty high price, make everything FOIA, they'll stop asking and prying into our scheme of business"

In my opinion, we all have the right to ask for information or ask questions.. what's their problem?

It took MR. Rodgers, et all more than one year (Actually not updated Since October 1, 2012 until yesterday) to update this simple staff directory and then to bury it under resources on it’s own web site.

Now this is the first point of entry for those needing services. In other words when someone goes blind or has a family member who goes blind just who do they call or write to find out just what BSBP does, or is funded and mandated to do?

And they had the unmitigated gall to turn this in to a FOIA request. Now they will undoubtably say they honorred my request for this discrete bit of information ....

Anyway the absurd battle to get this up to date information in which I had to have my own State Rep. pressure the agency is, well absurd upon its face.Joe
