Terry you and others are still eligible for VR services even if you are 
older than 55. I know you know this and that BSBP violates the Rehab Act in 
your, and indeed others instance.

I mean this goes back to your court case and the fact they wanted you to pay 
for your cafeteria certification in the record by that scoundrel Michael 
whats his name.

Title I of the Rehab Act (the VR part) states explicitly that no SSI/SSDI 
recipient may be required to pay any part of his/her rehabilitation/training 
included.

And to automatically put someone who wants to work in the OIB program just 
because he is over fifty five is incredible and another violation.

(That also goes to the informed choice provisions of Title I).

They don't set the goals. You do.

Or that's the way it should be.
