Christine hit a home run with what sets BS4BP apart from other government
agencies, and why we as citizens don't get provided the information either
voluntarily or upon request: Christine points out three distinctions
between BS4BP, 1) should provide; 2) excellent agencies; and 3) proud to
publish mumbers. These keys and others set apart excellent agencies from
Michigan BS4BP.

These are indeed 2 questions that any agency director should provide. In
fact, many excellent agencies put out annual reports that include all sorts
of numbers and they share those annual reports with all sorts of people.
They want as many folks as possible to read their reports because they are
proud of the numbers and the other information they contain. I think it
would be wonderful for BSBP to publish such a report.
