Well said. Might I also note that people who are blind are not the only
disabled folks robbed of independence, choice, programs, benefits and
activities by the current Administration?

I really think we need a united front like NFB has put together on the
Section 14 C issue.

The trully disturbing element about all of this is the secret nature of
governance here, along with its arbitrary and capricious trampling on the
fundamental rule of law.

Meanwhile the total takeover of VR programs and, indeed many IL programs by
the aptly named CRPs is now, thanks to Snyder a fait accompli. And the
so-called SRC is stacked, and serves "at the pleasure of the Governor" with
no check and balance of Senatorial approval.

Also there must be severe reforms at RSA. They need to enforce existing
regulations and must sanction scofflaw states. But, they do not in spite of
overwhelming evidence against these bad state actors. RSA has in effect
simply and effectively "block granted" the funding with no accountability
whatsoever.

As Terry, I, and others have constantly pointed out this state massively
misappropriates federal funds and uses them for purposes not intended by
those grants.

Fred W is correct in they think of our grant as an ATM. Ditto for other
programs too.

Joe
