      Dear Colleague,

      The National Council on Rehabilitation Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration and Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation are pleased to announce the “Call for Proposals “ for the 2014 National Rehabilitation Education Conference to be held in Arlington, VA on Sunday, November 2 - Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

      The proposals are now being accepted, based on the conference theme of “Back to the Future: “Embracing the Journey”.

      Conference Tracks:
      * Developing the rehabilitation professionals of the future in the US and Internationally
      * Developing Effective Business Partnerships
      * Research to Practice: Knowledge Translation
      * Universal Design/Assistive Technology

      You are invited to submit proposals that address the conference tracks. We look forward to receiving many interesting proposals for concurrent presentations and the poster forum.  Please share this announcement with your respective groups and any other interested agencies, academics and VR Professionals.

      Call for Proposals Preparation Document:  <http://ncre.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d5a2da3c1a53350f31f65bdb3&id=14ec5b463c&e=e8111f2324>  Please use this Microsoft Word document to prepare your proposal prior to entering into the online Call for Proposals form below.

      Call for Proposals Online Submission Form:  <http://ncre.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=d5a2da3c1a53350f31f65bdb3&id=9c828d4b18&e=e8111f2324>  The Call for Proposals online form that you will enter into is not time sensitive.  However, it is suggested that you use the Microsoft Word preparation document above to compose your narrative portions prior to entering into the Call for Proposals online submission form.  You may then Copy/Paste your text into the online form fields.
      The online form may work better using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.  Newer versions of Internet Explorer work as well.  However, problems with older versions of Internet Explorer have been reported in the past.

      Upon completion of your online proposal, the first presenter will receive an automatic email confirmation message with a copy of the proposal.  If you do not receive this message, please contact our Webmaster at webmaster at ncre.org.

      Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 9:00 pm PDT is the deadline date to submit your proposal.
