This answers no such questions about the role and the actions of the SRC for this state Ms. Malloy. In fact the state plans and state plan supplements have been "rubber stamped" year in and year out without any data prior to that let alone accurate and up to date data that is accessible to all including me.

I am a consumer advocate with a disability and I have the right, and the laws require it, to information in accessible form and a timely manner.

For too long we've had again rubber stamping of funds for scofflaw institutions which take federal VR and IL funds and misappropriate them.

This is a matter of accountability, transparency, civil rights, and, indeed a matter of the SRC doing its due diligence that it is funded to in fact do.

I'm tired of the parade. I'm tired of the diversions. I'm quite sick and tired of referring over to the known and documented scofflaws at BSBP for the very same information that is supposed to be made available, verifiable and public to begin with.

Ms. Malloy you are paid for in large part from these public funds, or rather, your salary is paid for. I expect you do your due diligence and act on behalf of customers and customer advocates and not as a shill for the system.
Sorry for the terse words. But it is time for accountability for your publicly funded actions and whether or not you and the SRC are acting as advocates or to perpetuate the corrupted system here in Michigan.

Mr. Harcz - the request you made for the BSBP response to Attachment 4.2 has been forwarded to Carla Haynes at BSBP. This is in keeping with our practice of only providing MCRS documents to requests such as this. With regard to the MCRS approval practice of the BSBP State Plan, it was done in compliance with RSA expectations. The membership approves their attachment, then the entire State Plan. The DSU response is just that, it is not something to be approved. We simply review the responses and put a plan in place to track the follow through during the next fiscal year. My hope is that this answers your question. Marlene

    Dear Ms. Malloy,

I draw your attention to the following From the August 8 2014 draft MCRS minutes:

    “Other Business

Before conclusion of the meeting, MCRS Members received the BSBP State Director’s response to the Council’s recommendations in Attachment 4.2(c) for the

    FY 2015 BSBP State Plan.”

Now for one I’m requesting a copy of this response and two I’m wondering why MCRS approved more than one month ago the proposed BSBP state plan update before getting this response and other requested data?

    Sincerely,

    Paul Joseph Harcz, Jr.
