Dear Elizabeth,

  I am glad to hear of your experiecnes at the Washington Seminar and was 
happy that you could attend.  I know all of you did a great job and I would 
thought that you would do well in presenting the issues.
   The Jackson chapter including myself has offered ourselves to Anil many 
times to help work on Congressman Walberg. I am willing to do anything   on 
this issue and have already approached the Congressman a couple of times. I 
believe that I should wait for direction from Anil on this however.  We 
talked about me writing a letter to him and visiting with him in his office, 
but Anil has for the time being delayed this action.
   I don't think that anyone was attempting to be critical when it was 
mentiond that 20 percent do 80 percent of the work.  It is a common element 
of all volunteer organizations and service groups.  We know this,and we all 
do what we can.  Each one of us is in a differnt spot,and if we do what we 
can, when we can and do it because we want to help the NfB bring equality to 
the blind, then that is good.  We hope that more will do more, but we are 
thankful for what you and others contribute.  I will do what I can and do it 
out of love,and I hope all the leaders and members of the Michigan affiliate 
will ignore what others are not doing and do what they can and do it with 
love.
