[nfbmi-talk] general versis governmental afares

This is exactly correct that we all serve in different ways and need not 
judge one another for our contributions. I for one will not tolerate this 
criticism of Jeff on the list. On Sunday of the state convention after 
people like Joe Harsh were long gone I witnessed Jeff and his family taking 
down the sound system that was used at the convention. Obviously we do not 
all participate by writing speeches on the list. I am not afraid of a rant 
directed towards me by Joe Harsh because that has already happened. In case 
noone has notice it has happpened to quite a few hard working federationists 
and also there are few people participating on this list at this time. Now 
we have provided a separate list for Joe Harsh to use for his rants and he 
cannot leave the NFBM list alone to be a safe place for blind persons to 
dialogue about life  lived while being blind. Again Jeff Crouch and his 
brother Steven have been changing what it means to be blind in Michigan for 
many years and the previous condemnation of them is unacceptable and must 
not be tolerated on this list.

One should not be yelled at when they cannot attend the meeting or 
participate in an event. After all, most people have lives that are not just 
devoted to one organization or one area. These are the kind of things that 
discourage new members or potential new members and will also turn away your 
current members.
