Computers for the Blind (CFTB) consumers on SSI can receive TypeAbility
talking typing tutorial for only $25 (retails for $150).
Please share this great resource with blindness professionals and persons
who  can benefit from this information, including individuals working at the
various Lighthouses throughout the country.
Not on SSI, no problem, it is available for the low price of $50 to CFTB
Consumers.
Don't have a computer or not a CFTB consumer.  No problem.  A fully
accessible, refurbished desktop computer can be obtained for the low price
of $110 for anyone who can't see well enough to use a computer without
assistive technology. It comes with a licensed copy of MAGic screen
magnification software without speech, and NVDA, a free text-to-speech
screen reader. It also comes with JAWS and TypeAbility trial versions, a
large flat screen monitor and lots more. Details...
Desktops come with a one year warranty. Laptops are available for $160 and
have a two year warranty.  All are shipped for free.
