Hi Donna, I posted your announcement to the VI listserv.  I started my job at Hadley about a month ago, and it looks like it is going to be a good fit for me.  I get to work at home, so we don't have to move or anything.  Hope you are doing well.   I plan to be at the state convention for at least part of it.


Oh, yes, Anna would want me to tell you that she is selling all kinds of animal figurines, they are plastic, really solid and nice looking.  Christmas gifts for grandsons?  She can also get life cycles sets that might be good for camp.  The brand is safari limited.  You can call her to ask about it.  517-883-5156.  Lydia

Just a note to remind you of a few upcoming events. This Saturday the regularly scheduled Birding by Ear and Beyond program will be meeting from 3-9p m at the Environmental Interpretive Center in Dearborn. This month we will be focusing on Bugging by Ear. Camp Tuhsmeheta will be the location of the Pumpkin Patch Party on the weekend of October 21-23, 2016. In addition the state convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Michigan will be held in Southfield, MI November 4-6, 2016. Participants from the Sensational Adventures in Summer Science will be presenting highlights from our SASS 2016 program. Please consider checking out these activities.
