Good morning, Federation Family,
I hope you are all doing great. I will keep it simple. I have been getting a
lot of grief. The members of the affiliate have told me I am the worst host
since Louie Anderson. They told me I'm no Steve Harvey.
First, I'm not bald. But hair jokes aside, Brain Games is back, and it is on
fire!! I told you all it is a bracket-style tournament, and it is not for
the weak. So, let's get ready to become competitive. Here are the states so
far:
We have five teams in our tournament, in Match One of round two of our
qualifying match, beginning at 7pm tomorrow:
* Team Golden Girls Plus Two (1-0)
Vs.
* Team Flint Stones (0-0)
That's not all my friends. We are coming hard for state convention week. As
a reminder, the qualifying matches for Brain Games will determine the
championship for prizes at state convention. After a short intermission,
match two of the night will begin at 8:15pm with:
* Team Michigan Fellows (0-1)
Vs.
* Team Grandma's Gang (0-1)
As always, there will be an opportunity for a virtual door prize. Please be
in the Zoom audience. I have included the link for the zoom room below. The
stakes are high this evening for Brain Games: Federation Family Feud, as the
match results can determine who may go to the convention championships.
Finally, to show your support, we would really appreciate your commitment
to our affiliate's Michigan Movement Raffle. Please make the movement work
through supporting our fundraising efforts. By purchasing just, a raffle
ticket for $20 or three for $50, you can have a chance at $500 cash at our
2025 convention banquet and more. To get your raffle, please send an email
to President at nfbmi.org <mailto:President at nfbmi.org> or a text to the number
in the signature.
