promises to be both enlightening and empowering.

 

The 2025 National Federation of the Blind National Convention is just around
the corner, and this year, we're heading to New Orleans, Louisiana, from
July 8-13! Convention is the largest gathering of blind people in the world
and an incredible opportunity for training, networking, and celebrating our
shared journey toward independence.

Whether it's your first time or your fifteenth, there's something meaningful
waiting for you.

*	Independence Market: Demonstrate products or assist with checkout 
*	Support Service Providers (SSP): Make convention accessible for
Deafblind attendees
*	Spanish Interpreters: Provide written or spoken Spanish translation

Additional Convention Programming

*	Virtual Experience Registration: $10
*	NFB Camp (childcare): Available for kids 6 weeks to 12 years.
Register by June 15
*	Career Fair: Wednesday, July 9, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Central
*	Parents of Blind Children Seminar: Family-focused programming

Nebraska Convention Assistance Now Open
We know attending convention can be a big commitment, and we want to support
those who need a little extra help. Limited financial assistance is
available to help cover travel, lodging, or meals.
