There is another free 411 service :

1-800call 411 or
1-800-225-5411

This works only for businesses, not for residential information.

Just  say the city and state and then the business or type of business. If 
it is found, you can  simply say connect me and it is dialed for you free of 
charge.

It will also give you directions if you need them.
