I spoke with Tricia today and she asked me to send update on Erin. Erin was moved to Brian Center on Christmas Day and it has been a difficult move. This facility does not have the staff

or support as Vidant provided to Erin. Hopefully OT and PT will start on Monday. It is easier for Eddie and Tricia that  Erin is in Wilson and Tricia’s older sister is now in town to help her.

Tricia can be reached at 252-315-3211 to talk with her. Tricia is with Erin in daytime and Eddie with Erin at night. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. BCP

Erin is being transported to Brian Center for Health and Rehab at 2501 Downing St. Wilson, NC 27893.

She is being moved at this very moment and will have a private room.

Erin and Tricia and Eddie are all pleased with this placement.

Erin still remains at Vidant Hospital in Greenville awaiting approval for transfer to hopefully an in-patient rehab facility. Erin has learned transfer to wheelchair and hopes referral to rehab facility will come soon.

Again Tricia asked that I update her DSB friends on Erin’s progress. Erin continues to improve in spirit, but healing in leg and pelvis area will take some time. At this point, Erin is waiting to find out

where she will be transported for hopefully in-patient rehab. Hopes were for transport Friday (today), but it may be Monday. Erin is now able to move herself around on the bed and is learning transport to wheel

chair. Tricia sends her thanks to all for your time, your prayers, and your support.

Tricia asked that I send an update to all her friends. Erin continues in the step down unit, but is on solid foods now and is learning how to transfer from her bed to a wheelchair. She is very strong and has good

use of her arms which is needed for transfer skills. Tricia wanted to thank all of you for your help and your prayers. They have a long way to, but are finally seeing some progress. Tricia continues to need you at this

Update on Erin Tessnear: Erin had surgery to repair broken leg and dislocated Knee. Surgery went well and Erin has been moved to a step-down unit in ICU North 463. Room has more space and bathroom and is making things a little

easier for them. Erin is still in a lot of pain as she moves for OT and PT. Drs not giving any time frames for rehab as it will depend on the outcome of the surgery and if additional surgery will be indicated or not.

Just an update on Erin Tessnear. Erin is having surgery on her leg and knee today. She fractured her tibia and dislocated her knee and has some tendon damage. After surgery and recovery,it is hopeful that she will

be moved to a step down room in ICU. She did have OT and PT today just to get some movement. Because she also has fractures in her pelvis, movement is difficult and painful. Tricia and Eddie are tired and will still

need your help. Tricia is staying in the day and Eddie is staying at night. Tricia needs some help with Erin in ICU as she cannot do much for herself.  It is hopeful that she can have liquids tomorrow.

Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers and if you can stay with Tricia for a morning or afternoon, give her a call at 252-315-3211. Erin has a long way to go in her recovery. Thanks! Becky Powell

Please keep Erin Tessnear in your thoughts and Prayers, as she was involved in a car accident this week-end and has broken leg and fractured pelvis. She had one

surgery upon admission and is waiting for second surgery to set broken leg. Tricia and Eddie need your help to get them through this difficult time.

Erin is in ICU North tower room 413. Tricia will need some help until Erin is out of ICU especially. Hopefully she can return to Wilson for rehab.
